A sophisticated Dog Toxicology and safety
Pharmacology Research Facility has been
established. The facility has been
established in conformity with the latest
animal ethics requirements, having the SS
Cages, [> 14 sq. ft. per dog], with a
comfortable perch, liberal exercise area,
socialization options between the cages etc.
JRF now offers dog Minimum Tolerated Dose,
Pharmcokinetics, 28/30, 90 and 180 days
repeated dose tox studies, in conformity
with FDA, ICH and OECD [409] guidelines. All
the routes of identification [Oral, Gavage,
IP, IM, SC, IV are offered.
Safety pharmacology studies are currently
under development and validation developed
and validation.
