JAI RESEARCH FOUNDATION is committed to ensure reliability, consistency and traceability of measurements and generate results for products tested/analysed for meeting the customer’s expectations. JRF, therefore, resolves to:
 

a.	Maintain and improve the standard of testing and related services, and review continuously its own performance
b.	Ensure that the equipments used are properly calibrated at specified intervals;
c.	Ensure that the reference materials used are best available and certified reference materials are traceable to the internationally accepted organisation;
d.	Provide its customers a timely and reliable service; and
e.	Upgrade the skill of the employees through training.

JRF gives due consideration to the requirements of the society and comply with the environmental regulations, ensuring safety of its employees.

It is the responsibility of all staff members in JRF to familiarize themselves with the contents of the Standard Operating Procedures [SOPs] and comply with the policy and procedure laid down in the SOPs and associated documentation.

The Director is responsible for the technical operation of the JRF in accordance with the Quality System and Policy.

Head - Quality Assurance Unit is responsible for implementation and control of Quality System and advises on and monitors all aspects of quality in the JRF.

Quality policy is displayed and communicated to all levels by various formal and informal channels.
