We believe our greatest asset is our staff. Within the Jai Research Foundation resides a highly motivated and dedicated scientific team. JRF has 120 well-trained and experienced scientists; and an additional 80 supporting members to provide support services such as finance, administration, maintenance, business development and IT.

• JRF has a team of highly educated Study Directors and Scientists. 

• About 30 % have a Doctoral qualification, and 50% with Masters in various fields. 

• The Toxicologists and Pathologists at JRF have a minimum of Masters qualification in Veterinary Sciences, which ensures the highest quality of science and animal care.

• All of our scientists also undergo a rigorous 'on-the-job' internal training program before being given the responsibility of working as Study Directors or Study Personnel in GLP studies. 

• JRF is committed to continuous training and professional development via internal and external training programs. 

• Expert academicians as well as industry professionals are routinely hosted at our site to share their knowledge and transfer their expertise to younger enthusiastic scientists.
